Our shipping policy is as follows:
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Any orders under $50 USD will be subject to Shipping and Handling Fees.
*2022 COVID Update 4/20/2022*
☑️Our shipping partner has informed us that most Cargo Flights from our China shipping locations are currently delayed due to continued and increased COVID restrictions in China. Unfortunately we have no control over these delays and the shipping company has not informed us an ETA on when the delays man end/get better. Due to this, our standard 2-4 week shipping period is likely to increase for orders shipping out of our China locations. Currently our other warehouse locations are unaffected by these delays.

*HUGE SHIPPING DELAY UPDATE*
☑️Customers who have placed their order between Jan 23rd through Feb 23rd AND have not been shipped as of Feb 23rd will not be shipped until Feb 28th due to an additional unforeseen delay in our logistics company. Orders placed during this period that meet this criteria may request a cancellation due to this complication. This request must be submitted by Feb 27th 12:00am CST to email@example.com. *Chinese New Year Policy Effective 1/10/2022*
☑️Due to the Chinese New Year Holiday season coming up at our main warehouse, processing and shipping times are expected to be delayed during this period. These delays have multiple factors, like the item(s) being ordered, where the item(s) are being sent, and if they are in stock at our other warehouses for shipping. Some items are not currently in stock at other warehouses so please contact us directly if your order is time sensitive to see if we can ensure your order arrives in time.

The duration of these closures are expected to be sporadic from company to company during the period of Jan 10th through Feb 15th. Most of our operations in China will be closed during Jan 28th through Feb 5th, so this time frame is where majority of our delays will happen. We will process all orders in the order they have been received and if they cannot be processed during this period they will be processed in the order they are received when operations resume on Feb 5th. Orders that do not start processing until Feb 5th will be subject to normal processing times (2-5 business days). We will do our best to ensure that all customers get their orders on time but we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of celebration for part of our company. *New Policy Effective 10/01/2021*
☑️Due to COVID-19 a lot of our orders are having extreme delays in areas of the world due to the unprecedented shutdowns across the globe. Unfortunately, due to this, we cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival as some of our partnered couriers are experiencing staff shortages and/or partial to complete shutdowns in multiple areas.

☑️Processing & Handling time generally takes 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) starting the business day AFTER your order was placed. (I.E. Your order was placed on a Friday, processing starts the following Monday). Processing may take longer for some orders/parts of orders depending on current demand and other miscellaneous factors.
☑️Generally, our items arrive within 3 weeks of placing your order, however that may not be true for every case.
☑️Please allow 2-5 business days for processing time and allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue. In extreme cases it can take up to 8 weeks to deliver your order, however, this is rare.
☑️In MOST cases orders will come with one, or more, tracking numbers free of charge. However, not all orders will come with tracking. To track your order please visit 17track.net.
☑️Not all items will be processed and/or shipped at the same time. If your order contains two or more separate items, it is not guaranteed to arrive or ship at the same time. We ship all items as soon as they are available due to having multiple facilities.

☑️Due to increased demand, staffing shortages, and postal delays we CANNOT guarantee delivery BEFORE December 25th, 2021 for orders processed AFTER November 28th, 2021. We will do our best to process orders in a timely fashion so they have the maximum amount of time to delivery before the holiday.
