Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date stated per your tracking number, unfortunately your order does not qualify for refund, return, or exchange. We reserve the right to change or overturn this policy at any time.
Orders are only qualified for cancellation within 24 hours of their order placement unless the order has already been marked as shipped. Orders that are requested for cancellation after the 24-hour mark may still be eligible for cancellation, but this is on a case-by-case basis. If you request a cancellation after the initial 24-hour time period we will check with our warehouse to see if your order is in processing, if it is in already in processing, we may be unable to cancel your order.
If an order is marked as shipped and a cancellation is requested, it will be denied, but your order can qualify for a refund if it meets the return conditions. The reason we cannot cancel already shipped items is that we are unable to stop the order from being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. There are no returns or refunds on giveaway items. Digital items are also not able to be returned or refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon approval for a return, you will be given a return number and the nearest address to return your item to our company. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid by GiftKnacks.com. Please see “Shipping” section for more details.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This will result in you losing your item and not receiving a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is rejected, your order will be sent back to you at the cost of GiftKnacks.com.
Refunds are only given for product costs and any shipping fees that were charged are non-refundable. Please see “Shipping” section for more details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or if a part was damaged on arrival, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly replace/exchange per policy.
Return shipping costs will be responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (i.e., $4.95 Shipping & Handling Charge is non-refundable).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Exchange orders are typically shipped the same method of the original order, which is typically 2-4 weeks after shipping to most countries. Please review our shipping policy here.
If you are shipping an item valued over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders that are marked "Failed Delivery" by the postal service and are returned are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund. Any Shipping & Handling fees are also non-refundable. Once we are notified that your order arrives back at our facility, we will notify you via the email provided on your order detailing your refund details. In most cases orders that are marked as "Failed Delivery" are unable to be resent, however this is a case-by-case basis and are determined by our shipping partner.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they put the correct address when filling out their order information. We are not liable for orders marked as delivered by the postal service that are stolen or missing. We go off of all tracking numbers given to the customer and shown per 17track.net.
Q: I accidentally placed an order; how do I cancel?
A: If your order was placed in the past 24 hours your order is available for cancellation. If your order was placed over 24 hours ago, we will have to validate with our warehouse that your order is available to be cancelled.
Q: It has been 3 weeks since I ordered, and I no longer need the item. Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, since your order has shipped it is not available for cancellation. However, we can start a return for you if you'd like, be aware that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and any shipping fees charged are non-refundable.
Q: My order arrived damaged can I get a refund it?
A: We are sorry your order arrived damaged; we do not give refunds for items that arrive damaged/defective but we will gladly send you a replacement/replacement parts to correct the damage.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser).
